Bucks County’s first and so far only medical marijuana dispensary in Sellersville is out of stock until Thursday.
The dispensary, which opened just last month, said the fact that it’s been serving 100 patients a day, and only one supplier is open in the state, led to Tuesday’s shortage.
The announcement from TerraVida Holistic Centers LLC’s Twitter account came only about two business days since the company last received a shipment of medical cannabis Friday. The dispensary at 64 N. Main St. should have more of the medication available Thursday, TerraVida President and co-owner Chris Visco said Tuesday.
TerraVida was one of six dispensaries to start selling medical marijuana last month. All are supplied only by Cresco Yeltrah LLC’s growing and processing facility in Brookville, Jefferson County.
